First or Informed

There are two ways to learn about something:

1. You can be the first to know, at which point, you’re running on speculation and rumours.

At its core, this is gossip at its best.

However, there’s also the slim chance you will stumble onto a discovery and reap the rewards.

2. You can wait until the facts are in place and do a comprehensive reading of it.

This ensures any information you learn, and more importantly share, is the best available to you at this point.

The double edged sword with this route is you will not have to take in any information that is irrelevant, obsolete, or untrue… however, you miss out on the potential benefits of being first.

The worst is being first while pretending to be informed.

Take your time.
