This is written on the sign outside my office door.
It’s just a small quirk into my character, which gives people a glimpse of who they’re dealing with when they walk in.
I also like to add my flair when writing emails to my co-workers. They’re small touches, but they add something important.
In an effort to seem more professional, to show our competency, or to keep things running status quo – we can lose our personality.
We meld into the collective fear of wondering what others are thinking about us.
If you want others to see you for who you are, be willing to show yourself: quirks, flaws and all.
