The alarm goes off and the moment you get out of bed, you’re already behind.
You run to work still thinking about what needs to get done at home. The list is waiting for when you return.
As soon as you get to work, people are already hounding you for many crises that popped up. You barely have time to catch your breath and then it’s time to head home.
By the time you get to bed, there’s no thinking straight. All we do is look forward to the weekend, but then pack it with so much stuff it doesn’t feel like a break.
It’s time to stop running.
Stop.
Sit down.
Take time for yourself.
Otherwise, the world will take it all away from you.
