Anger is Not a Useful Emotion

Getting angry is not a useful emotion for accomplishing anything. Anger may be the fuel to get you moving, but it won’t help when you get there.

At best, you will find more reason to hold onto that anger rather than letting go.

A better emotion is compassion.

Compassion will get you to fight for those most in need.

It will give you cause to look beyond yourself.

It will help you see things clearly and make better choices.

It will also prevent you from doing something you will later regret.
