People who complain will continue to do so even after their initial problems are gone.

Whatever they are crying about won’t change the fact they like to complain in general. Take away their problem, their supposed sorrows, and they will move on to the next subject to complain about – probably closely tied to the original.

You can never satisfy a complainer with facts, arguments or attempts to placate them and make them feel at ease. The best you can do is continue on with your work and let them get bored of what they’re complaining about before moving onto something else.
