This is embarrassing.

The email associated with this website (vito [at] vitomichienzi.com) wasn’t setup correctly in my email client… for the past year.

I setup the outgoing server correctly (allowing me to send email), but didn’t setup the server to receive emails. This whole time I just assumed nobody was trying to send me a message through the site.

After catching the error, the floodgates opened and a year’s worth of emails poured through causing me to shake my head with each one.

People telling me their appreciation for some of my articles, emails from friends, requests for my email list and even former students wanting to say hi.

I am in the process of going through each email to apologize and respond.

You deserve as much and in the meantime, please accept my admittance to making such a foolish mistake.
