It’s the Walk that Ignites

If you were to look at the habits of all the pivotal people we look up to: thinkers, artists, musicians, scientists, philosophers, religious leaders, writers, etc. you will find one common habit:

They all went for a daily walk.

The length and the destination of the walk didn’t matter so much as the habit of doing it. Leaving your usual place of work to allow your mind to wander can allow for some incredible insights.

Even the monks who spend most of their days in meditation will spend other parts of their day walking.

Our brains evolved as a result of constantly being in motion.

If you want it to keep evolving, keep it in motion.
