We are the most critical of our own work.
When we finish a project, there will always be a lingering of doubt about whether it’s any good.
The problem is we are horrible judges of our own work.
Here’s the key: put it out there and see if it resonates with anybody.
I don’t write these posts thinking each one is prolific – far from it. It’s just what I’m thinking about that day, based on what I’ve read or conversations I’ve had.
I hope they resonate with somebody, but I can’t be sure. I just keep showing up.
Stuff you might consider garbage may just be the critical voice in your head.
Get out of the way of your doubts and stop judging your work.
