If you think too far ahead, you can overwhelm yourself with what needs to get done.
What is it you want to do?
Just for today, focus on what you can do. Spend a few minutes in reflection, exercising, making healthy choices, working on that book, learning something new, practicing that instrument… or whatever else is on your heart.
Focus on just doing that today and don’t worry about tomorrow. Spending too much time thinking about tomorrow, and the future, will make today seem like an impossible task.
Over time, those things you did every single day will begin to compound on each other. You still won’t have to think about tomorrow, but today is going to seem so much better than yesterday.
