Wherever people are in their life, we should be meeting them at their level.

They need guidance where they are and it can only come when someone is speaking their language.

Once you get there and they understand you, it’s time to pull them up.

Leaving them in their current state, although it may be comforting, will not help them grow.

This doesn’t mean you get them to follow your path, but you walk with them on theirs.
