I see this on many bios on social media platforms.

Here’s the problem:

If your opinions clash with my values, I may not want to be served by you at your place of work.

It may even detract me from wanting to go there in the first place.

You may not be working for your employer when you post, but you are still representing them in the eyes of those watching.
