A photograph is really a story.

When we show one to others, we need to explain its context, its history and the present.

Likewise, the world is in constant movement.

To assume we can reach a plateau and stand still is really gearing up for disappointment.

We can either root ourselves and refuse to budge, or we can continue telling the story that moves us along.
