The Fear of Redundancy

There is always a worry your job could become redundant.

It’s something we strive to fight against by showing the value of everything we do… possibly even over-emphasizing certain areas.

However, what if instead of fighting against it – we worked towards it?

What if we made the primary goal of our job to make sure our role becomes redundant?

What if instead of waiting for technology, or outsourcing, to force us out of our role, we helped it along?
