Death is the mystery of all mysteries.
Through the countless stories, promises and observations about what happens when we pass on, no one can be sure about what happens. It is the ultimate uncertainty in life.
We don’t have to fear it.
While different groups of researchers are experimenting with new techniques to extend life even further (side note: human life hasn’t been extended by that much over the past hundred years; we just have enough medical intervention to not die as quickly), to put hope in living forever is to ignore the life in front of you.
If you want to know the mystery of death, seek it in the heart of life.
You may not get your answer, but you will get to your end having lived fully.
At that point, you’ll be ready to embrace the next adventure where many have gone before you.
