That gem of writing advice is also a reminder that our weaknesses are a defining feature. They are what give flavour to our personality, provided, of course, they don’t intentionally cause harm to others or ourselves.
After all, Superman would be boring without his emotional attachments or kryptonite.
And perfection is something that we can never attain because it looks different to each one of us.
