A heart of desire for what you are pursuing will go a lot further than merely memorizing information. Major breakthroughs don’t happen in a vacuum because the people behind them are connecting with the world in some way.

This isn’t an excuse to take the task of learning less seriously.

It means that when we approach our work, we do it with our minds and hearts.

Otherwise, it does nothing for you and nothing for the world.
