A Waste of a Day

No one ever considers a day at the beach a waste.

You spend the morning preparing, packing food and a bag full of items for maximum relaxation. The goal of the day is to enjoy as much sun as possible with potential to head in the water. Upon returning, the day in the sun and fresh air tires you out and puts you to bed early.

By all accounts, you’ve done nothing but relax and on top of which, you planned out the relaxation for maximum potential. Had you done the same for your own home, you  would feel guilty at the end of the day for not having done anything. Part of this reason is the home always has triggers to indicate unfinished projects and items requiring your attention.

It’s the environment that has a strong impact on your perspective.

Sometimes, we don’t need to change the physical environment, but rather the mental one.
