Debating the Colour of a Wall

It’s useless to debate the colour of a wall when the foundation is about to collapse. Your first step is to secure the support system, then you can worry about external properties.

Yet, we get caught in thinking that changing the colour, or picking the right one, is the key to saving the building. It might look nice for a while, but eventually the wall will be nothing more than a pile of rubble.

We are currently in a time when the support systems of society are no longer able to meet the needs of today’s issues. They need to be retooled from the ground up.

This is exciting because we get to be the ones that lay the foundation for the future.

However, it’s also frustrating because we’re still arguing about what colour the wall should be.

Perhaps it’s time to consider that we might not need that wall anymore.
