Ever have a meeting that just dragged on?

Everybody there has tuned out, tapped out and want it to end.

Yet, some people find a need to drag it further by saying, “Just one more thing…”

Recognize that nobody is fully engaged at that point. Either save it for the next meeting, or decide whether what you have to say can be sent in an email afterward.

When it’s the end, let it be the end.
